  • Web Based Training Specialist
    Responsible for writing and editing training documentation for various software systems with a focus on Computer and Web Based Training.  Experience using specialized software to develop, integrate and edit instructional text, audio, graphics, animation and video for interactive presentations.  Must also be able to use appropriate programming/branching logic and screen layout and remediation/feedback techniques.   Experience with animation software and Sharable Courseware Object Reference Model (SCORM) experience is a plus.
  • Technical Instructor
    Responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing and facilitating software application training. An understanding of adult learning principles and teaching methodologies are necessary. Applicant must possess exceptional skills in interpersonal relationship building, group dynamics and consulting. Instructor certification is a plus.
  • Technical Writer
    With at least 5 years of specialized experience in writing, preparing, compiling and maintaining complex training documentation for software application. Experience using Adobe CS2 and managing multiple projects and deadlines is a must. Desired experience in animation software and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology is a plus.
