“Who depends on him and whom he depends on” is essential for employees to understand in order to bring about improvement and continuous improvement, because one must be equipped with the knowledge of why, how and who the change effects in order to take ownership.  

The system is deployed, thousands are trained now what? Who provides IT system training for new hires or recurring training due to process change, lack of understanding or system upgrades?
